Introduction of Automatic mask making machine
Mask production line can completely realize flat type mask automatic productivity, including technologies such as coil stock, folding and pressing, mask molding, cutting, ear loop loading and welding, finished products laying-off and so on, to finish the production process from coil row material to finished masks. The masks making by our machine are comfortable, no pressure, good filtration effect, and perfect attach onto face. How this machine automatic making 3 or 4 ply disposable flat masks?
The whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; Nose strip is cut to length and guide into hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding and sealing edge of the mask, and cutting and shaping by a cutter; Conveying the mask to the ear loop welding stations through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by ultrasonic welding earloop; Mask is transported to conveyor belt for collection when the processing of mask making ended.
The fully automatic 1+1 high-speed mask production line, one mask main body machine drives with two ear loop welding machines. In regular production mode, can produce 110-150 pieces per minute and continuously run for 16 to 18 hours.
